This year’s quilt is based on a design by Thea Jirak from The Quilt Connection, and is based on 12-inch blocks. Pick from two different colorways —- Jewel tones on a striking black background, or more subdued Earth tones on a cream background. Both options will feature Moda Marbles.
Here’s how it works: Pick a colorway, complete your registration form, and pay a $7.50 registration fee. Attend each monthly meeting (you pick the day and time that works best for you) and get the next block for free. Attend all 12 sessions, and get all 12 blocks for just $7.50. (You must attend to get your block free, otherwise pay just $7.50 to start over again.) Looking for a more advanced project? Check out the bonus blocks option, adding flying geese, log cabin blocks and lots more to make a gorgeous large quilt.
